Its All About The Fashion

Kate Moss

Unlike the models of her time, Kate Moss is known for her thin figure. She is often termed as waifish.

Kate Moss began her modeling career at the age of 14 and has posed for over 300 magazine covers. She has modeled for Calvin Klein, Roberto Cavalli, Stella McCartney, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Versace, Burberry, Chanel, and Dior. Kate leads a very private life and hardly ever gives interviews. The British tabloids have often carried reports about Kate Moss that have never been confirmed or denied by her.

In 2005 the Daily Mirror carried pictures of Kate Moss taking cocaine.
This news almost damaged her career and during a short period of time, she lost some major modeling contracts.

Kate Moss issued an apology through the media and several friends, including other models like Naomi Campbell and actors like Johnny Depp, supported her. Kate underwent treatment at a rehabilitation clinic and in 2006 she made her comeback, bagging contracts from Dior, Bulgari, Chanel and Nikon among others. She was named Britain's Model of the Year.

She has also designed a collection for Topshop, a clothing store chain in UK. Despite all the scandals and controversie, Kate Moss remains a fashion icon.
